Three months before this update, Scope was a Chrome extension that helped you search Canvas faster. It started becoming a full student workflow platform with several major pieces:
- Lectra PDF Viewer Overlay: open, view, and annotate PDFs directly in your browser.
- Lectra for iPad: Apple Pencil-native annotation built specifically for coursework.
- DropBridge: send a PDF from Scope to Lectra, annotate it, and send it back through one account-linked pipeline.
- Full web workspace: courses, assignments, documents, and deadlines in one dashboard.
- Brightspace and D2L support: the same search and workflow experience beyond Canvas.
- Privacy-first by default: data stays local unless the student chooses a connected feature.
