The AI side panel moved onto a shared route that can use Chrome's on-device model when it is available and fall back through Supabase when needed. The RAG layer can read the active LMS page, parse PDFs, pull stored assignments and notes, and keep retrieval grounded enough that answers stay attached to real course material.

Smart Planner also became a real surface. It reads upcoming deadlines, drafts study blocks, and turns approved blocks into saved to-dos, reminders, or calendar events. That work came out of the syllabus autopilot prototype and made planning part of the same assistant instead of a separate command.

DropBridge v3 landed in the same release line with realtime receipts, heartbeat updates, hot-path indexes, targeted upload claims, and fallback polling. The point was not just speed; it was making Lectra-to-Canvascope delivery observable enough to debug when a file does not arrive.
